Terms & Conditions

  1. The Merris “Prosperity Angpow Giveaway” is organized by SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd. The Contest Period is from 19th January 2025 to 15th February 2025. Any entries received outside of the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.
  2. This contest is open to all residents of Sarawak and Sabah only. Employees of SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.
  3. To participate in the contest, participants must:
    Step 1: Purchase any Merris product.
    Step 2: WhatsApp a photo of the receipt, along with their name and contact number to 013-856 8699
  4. Each winner is only eligible to receive ONE (1) prize and winner selection is based on sequence customer whatsapp their receipt to designated number.
    8th customer will get RM 8 Angpao
    18th Customer will get RM18 Angpow
    28th Customer will get RM28 Angpow
    38th Customer will get RM38 Angpow
    And so on, until someone wins the Grand RM188 Angpow!
  5. Winner will be contacted via Whatsapp for prize redemption.
  6. If a winner fails to respond within the time frame, they will be automatically disqualified. SOP Foods will not be responsible if participants cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. The prize will be offered to the next eligible participant.
  7. SOP Foods reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
  8. By participating in this contest, participants consent to provide their personal information. SOP Foods reserves the right to use or publish such information, including the name and photograph of the winners, for publicity, advertising, and/or other commercial purposes without compensation or prior notice. Participants are not entitled to any claims regarding the use of their information by the organizer.
  9. By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by these official Terms & Conditions as well as all decisions made by SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd..
  10. SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. All participants will be bound by such changes.
  11. The decision of SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd. is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
