Terms & Conditions

1. The Merris “Spring Clean & Reunion Rewards” Campaign is organized by SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd.
The campaign period is from 20th Jan 2026 to 10th Feb 2026. Any entries received outside the campaign period will be automatically disqualified.

2. This campaign is open to Sarawakian residents aged 18 years and above. Employees of SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. To participate in the campaign, participants must:

a. Purchase any Merris product during the campaign period.
b. WhatsApp a clear photo of the purchase receipt to 013-856 8699, together with the following details:

      • Full Name
      • Contact Number
      • Home Address
      • Date of purchase (as stated on receipt)
      • Invoice number
      • Answer to the question: Is Merris Lite 99.9% Purified? (Yes/No)

c. Each receipt is entitled to one (1) entry only. Multiple receipts may be submitted as separate entries.

4. Winner Selection

  • A total of five (5) winners will be selected via random draw after the campaign period ends.
  • Each participant is eligible to win one (1) prize only throughout the campaign.

5. Prize Details

  • Each winner will receive one (1) professional cleaning package provided by GoKleen
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Cleaning service is subject to GoKleen’s availability, coverage area, and service terms.

6. Winner Notification & Redemption

  • Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp for prize redemption details.
  • If a winner fails to respond within the stipulated time frame, SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner.
  • SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd. shall not be responsible for any failure to contact winners due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.

7. SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to verify receipts and participant details.

8. SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent value without prior notice.

9. By participating, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for campaign administration, publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation.

10. SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. All decisions made by SOP Foods Sdn. Bhd. are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
