Kung Pao Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 200g Fresh Shrimp
  • 1 Tablespoon Roasted Peanuts
  • ½ Cucumber (diced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sliced Garlic
  • 3–4 Dried Chilies
  • 2 Tablespoon Merris Red Palm Oil
  • Chopped Green Onion

Sauce (mix together)

  • 2 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoon Water

Instructions

  1. Marinate shrimp with a little soy sauce, salt, and cornstarch for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Heat Merris red palm oil
  3. Stir-fry garlic and dried chilies until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Pour in the mixed sauce and stir well until it thickens.
  6. Add peanuts and cucumber, toss quickly, then remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
